Our Story: From a Spark to a Strategy
Years ago, in the corner of a trolley factory, a young man named Steven paused in front of a display rack. It wasn’t the wheels or handles that caught his eye — it was a rugged, red-and-black tool bag from a well-known professional brand. Something about its form, function, and quiet confidence clicked.
He thought, “This is it — This is what I’m meant to build.”
That moment led to the founding of Quanzhou Jieli Bags Co., Ltd., where Steven and his team began crafting bags built to work — tough, practical, and purpose-driven. As demand grew, JIELI expanded to Myanmar, and later, to Thailand, building a Southeast Asian network capable of serving global clients with speed and flexibility.
Years of experience in jobsite storage solutions taught Steven two things: stay ahead, and stay useful. When the market began to saturate, he didn’t wait. He pivoted.
With the same builder’s mindset, he turned to a new frontier:
high-frequency welded waterproof gear — for outdoor, cycling, fishing, and cooler applications. Durable, clean, sustainable. A new direction, grounded in the same values.

JIELI BAGS (THAILAND) is a key overseas manufacturing hub of the JIELI Group. In addition to our deep expertise in tool bags, we also specialize in OEM/ODM production of high-frequency welded waterproof bags and high-performance soft gear.
Strategically located near Laem Chabang Port in Thailand, we offer efficient and duty-friendly supply solutions for global clients.
